Our very own Suvi Koponen captivates the new Calvin Klein video with actor/director Alexander Skarsgård. The intensity in the video is tangible. Best kind of mixture of fashion, captivating film and pure hotness!

 

 

 

I collected some of my favourite photos from the "Northern women in Chanel" -publication. This book is a collaboration between photographer Peter Farago, his wife stylist Ingela Klemez Farago and Chanel. It took a year and a half for the married couple to shoot all the images of this 384-page book. The models in these pictures are topmodels from Scandinavia and Baltic countries. They represent this raw, pure and versatile beauty, which goes perfectly together with timeless Chanel.

I saw these pictures at an exhibition at Laboratory in Helsinki. Half an hour turned easily to two, admiring all that lovely northern beauty. Exhibition is up until 23.1.2013. Recommend!

To stay in the subject of music, I present to you one of my idols, a true Rock`n Roller; Michael Monroe. This guy started his career in 1971  and is still one of the most succesful Finnish musicians. He`s most well known from being the lead singer in the band Hanoi Rocks. He is an amazingly energetic performer and an extraordinary human being. Michael Monroes music and even more his enthusiasm towards it has always inspired me. This year he was chosen to be the most respected rock musician in the world. I wanted to introduce him to people that might not have heard of him and honour him for turning 50 last month. Rock on!
